Encore Boston Harbor Learning and Development Manager interview questions

One phone interview with the recruiter and one in-person interview at their Everett, MA location. The sit down interview was with the Director of Learning and Development who did not have any "functional knowledge" of the industry. Functional knowledge being a degree or certification from SHRM or ATD. They coulld not answer even basic foundational questions about learning & development.
