I had already cleared the first round, and this was my second technical interview with Raghul Anand. Unfortunately, my experience in this round was not positive.
The interview felt more focused on finding what I did not know rather than evaluating my overall technical skills. The interviewer repeatedly asked the same question that I was unable to answer instead of moving on to assess my strengths in other areas.
During the DSA coding question, I was continuously reminded about the remaining time, with comments like "you have 2 minutes left" and "only 1 minute left," which created unnecessary pressure. For other questions such as API-related discussions, the interviewer often moved to the next question before allowing me to complete my answer.
I understand that coding should be tested with different scenarios, but the overall discussion felt less like a technical evaluation and more like a challenge to prove every point.
A good technical interview should provide candidates an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge across different areas. This was my personal experience, and I hope the interview process can be more structured, balanced, and candidate-friendly in the future.
