In person interview with therapy team asking general therapy and work ethic questions followed by a day of shadowing an occupational therapist. I was also given a tour by a therapy manager. I was able to ask general questions about the job during the day.

Many questions were asking how I would handle challenging patients
This was a virtual interview and I had spoke with the recruiter prior. It was conversational and everyone I spoke with was friendly! They gave me a pretty in-depth overview of the job as well.

Two interviewers, simple question about why I want to be an OT, stroke scenario questions, conflicts with patients, strengths, successful time in OT, explained the background of the company, if I am okay working specific hours, team culture

Casual and laid back. Went over resume and job role. Answered all important questions with clarity and was very easy to talk to. Unfortunately salary was too low for home health
