Multiple interviews with multiple levels of management. I had several phone interviews before I was called in for an in person interview. Then I had two in person interviews before I was offered the position.

Interview
first, there was a phone interview. It was very informal phone interview. Then there was a video interview with Area Vice President. Then there was a face to face with Regional Manager. Then the offer was made same day in person.
