It was about average for nursing interviews I don't know why I have to write 30 words for this as anyone who's interviewed for one nursing job has now been through an interview with most every other company.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Encompass Health (Little Rock, AR) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online through the website. Completed all forms sent via email. After all forms were completed and all references were done, HR called to set up a face to face interview. I then met with HR, CNO, and Nurse Manager at the hospital to complete the interview. I received a phone call the next week from HR with a offer for the position.
