Interview
New hospital so a job fair event occurred for interviews. You knew whether you were hired or not on the spot. General interview questions. The CNO interviewed hopeful nurses. While other directors interviewed their respectul specialties (PT, OT, ST).
After applying online I got a call within 2 days and interview was set up for the same week. During the interview, I was given a tour of the facility. Interview questions were basic, no scenario type. Overall easy going interview. I got a call back the same week with an offer.

After applying online in the website, the next day you will get a call from the HR and they will ask for a date when you can come to the hospital for an interview at the same time they will ask for the pay range that you are expecting.
