Very high turn over, constantly bringing on new batches of hires. Nervous manager asking general questions. Nothing too hard. Little to no industry experience required. If you show up and appear professional you are good to go. Internal transfer interviews are a little different. They typically have their mind made up on who they will promote from within. They do a lot of internal transfers which is good, but somewhat predetermined.
