Email for first interview that takes 15min or 5 questions via webcam & laptop. Second interview is with Team leader and Admin. Asks many many STAR questions - almost like 10 or more STAR questions. All difficult situations. Finally they tell they have lot of other candidates for interview which means you FAILED!!!! All this for a $25/hr Data Entry job posting at Enbridge North York. It will be temporary posting & if they like move to permanent role.

First I had to pass a written test. It was multiple choice. The interview was with 2 team leads because they both were hiring for their teams. The questions were all STAR format. Straightforward and structured. Should definitely look up the company beforehand.
