Interview
First interview was behaviorial based, with 2 reps, one HR and 1 Engineer.
Second Interview with a panel, behaviourial questions, lot of examples required to demonstrate intitaive, leadership, teamwork, persuation skills. Followed by a tour of the building with a potential coworker, an lunch with several other interviewees and engineers.

Question 1
Give us an example of how you dealt with difficult people who needed to be convinced of your methods of doing things?
2 rounds in total, HR, HM. both online. HR phone interview about 15 mins. The second round interview is about 1 hour, VP and section manager kept asking question, did tiny introduction about their teams and project focused on.
