Round 1 HR---> Normal Background questions plus why u want to join enbake etc. Round 2 Aptitude ---> 20 que to be done in 20 min.(quite easy) Round 3 Technical Interview --> starts from C, C++ then programming--> star pattern, then basics of rails like - what is rake, session, rails, transactions, filters, scope, gems, gems u used, caching, scafolding etc . Round 4 Manager round --> technologies on which u worked and general questions related to CV. I got selected.
