Applied online. Phone screening with HR. Explicitely talked about no pharma experience. Was offered to move forward. Virtual interview, including a brief presentation. Felt all went well. That they still had many other interviews lined up, so be patient. E-mail less than 20 min after end of call, saying thank you for applying but unfortunately you have no pharma experience. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
