EmpowHERto interview questions

After receiving contact via email, the volunteer designers would first go through a group interview amongst other prospects. Once the first stage is complete, a one-on-one interview will then occur with a designated interviewer and the founder. After which, the designer will go through the standard graphic design (24-hour) test project to assess capabilities. After each stage is complete (and done promptly), the volunteer will receive communications for onboarding if accepted.
