first round was quiz test consist basic computer questions like CTRL+C , CTRL+A, etc type and some questions also for checking your English grammar ,punctuation . 3 questions are basically descriptive like What do you know about Employee Pooling Resources ?, What do expect about your dream Job? etc And second round was HR round for face to face interview for checking your communication skills and about yourself , salary discussion , last job, difference between BPO and KPO etc.
