Was interviewed three times via phone. Never had an in-person interview. For the final two interviews they required an extensive explanation as to why I was considering a FT position versus staying with my business. I explained that I had lost several clients that hired someone FT to perform the services I did. Guess Employco had 100% client retention. After explaining myself to the HR Recruiter three times I never received even a regrets e-mail. That's OK because I would have thrown up in my mouth a little each time each time I had to say that I worked for "Employco". They still haven't filled the position after eight months. Good luck!

Question 1
Why I was looking for FT employment after running my own business.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Employco USA (Westmont, IL) in May 2014
Interview
Long but with very few questions and lack of explanation on the company - they expected me to know it all when I got there. There was a request for a presentation but then very little feedback on it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Employco USA (Westmont, IL)
Interview
The questions were pretty standard. I had a phone interview with someone from HR, also phone interviewed with the boss of the department I applied to join, then went for a face-to-face interview and met another member of the department. I also had to take a skills assessment test, which took about 20 minutes. (They sent a link and I took it at home.) It was all pretty casual and gave me plenty of opportunity to get to know the people I'd potentially be working with. I was happy to accept the offer, and so far haven't regretted it.
