Employa Full Stack Developer interview questions

This is the worst experience I have ever had! Totally a waste of time! 1. I was told that I couldn't be heard at the first time phone screening, and immediately was asked for a reschedule instead of trying to solve the connection issue. Later I checked the connection and found out my microphone worked as expected. It was Google Hangout 2. At the second rescheduled phone screening, I had been waiting for 10 minutes, and nobody shows up. It was a Zoom call and showed the interviewer had another meeting in progress I emailed the interviewer if we were still having the meeting. And she told me she had been waiting but no request came to her. Then, she told that the position I applied is on hold now and they have a finalist and asked if I'm interested in other roles. Is this a joke? Totally no respect on people's time. I want to say that I use Google Hangout and Zoom for interviews and meetings every day and had no issues at all. Don't lie to me about "technical issues". If you don't have this position, you should let me know and don't waste my time. I hope this review will help anyone who wants to apply for this company.
