Emplifi interview questions

The interview process was typical with a recruiter screen of 15 minutes or so, then a hiring manager interview for 30 minutes and finally a 1 hour 3 person panel presentation. I never heard back from anyone after the 1 hour presentation. I assume they hired someone else. The lack of communication is disappointing after putting in so much effort and preparation.

I made it to the final round (3rd round), which involved preparing a full presentation for a 3-person panel interview. A week after, I followed up to check the status. The recruiter responded almost a week later to let me know they were still wrapping up interviews and he would follow up by the end of the week. It has now been one month since my final interview and there has been absolutely no follow up. Just awful, especially given the amount of work that went into the presentation. Truly telling of what Emplifi is about, it seems. Truly disappointing lack of care and professionalism.
