I interviewed twice with Empire Today for an Area Accounting Associate position and was genuinely excited about the opportunity. Throughout the process, I worked with recruiter Carl King and appreciated the opportunity to interview. Unfortunately, after completing both interviews and sending follow-up emails requesting an update, I never received a response. Being left without any communication after investing significant time and effort into the interview process was disappointing and felt unprofessional. I understand that not every candidate will receive an offer, but I believe every applicant deserves the courtesy of a simple update or decision. Better communication from the recruiting team would make for a much more positive candidate experience.

Phone Interview with recruiter, you can interview in person at the local office. Very easy process and interviewers were very understanding. They asked very typical questions such as Why Empire Today and Tell me about yourself.
