the first interview was 1 hour long over the phone with HR. Typical questions, pretty casual. I was surprised by how long it went on for, but it was pretty relaxed vibe over all. I did come prepared with questions to ask her, which I always recommend. Now I have been sent assessments and there is another round of interviews for a total of 3 before the offer of there is one.

The interviewer is not professional. She did not contact me when she scheduled. I had to call her and she apologized. However this also happened to someone else that interviewed with her months earlier.
