I enjoyed the process. It was much more informal, started out with 30-minute intro-type chats. Both of my interviewers were nice and the questions were pretty typical--what interests you about the job, company, etc.
Not well done, no questions allowed to be asked. I have never seen a job that didn't allow questions to be asked. I would not recommend to other job seekers based on my experiences.
