The interview was panel style with FIVE other people. They all had a set of questions to ask and the interview took over an hour.
At the end of the interview, I asked them about their timeline and they told me they would have an answer by the end of the following week. Two weeks later (and an email sent on my part) and no communication whatsoever.
Companies: Job applicants are HUMANS. Please stop ghosting people. I asked about the culture in the interview and they assured me that the Glassdoor reviews must have just been from disgruntled ex-employees. However, their handling of the application process should tell you everything you need to know.
