Interview
Hiring takes forever, even after a verbal offer. Utilizes the "targeted selection" process by DDS (read about it before interviewing and save everyone a lot of time). Panel interviews (around three people) and a solo interview. There will be a drug test and you will need to be up to date on your vaccinations.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you failed miserably at something and what you did to remedy the failure (or something to that effect). Targeted Selection is a behavioral interview style and if you're already at this stage, you've met the technical aptitude requirements. Now they need to feel out your personality.
