The interview process was shadowing a team member for an hour followed by an hour long panel interview with four team members. I was told by the team member I was shadowing "They're nicer than they'll let on in there"
It was a standard silicon valley tech company interview, meaning they ask questions to purposefully put you on the spot and won't crack a smile or say anything to break the tension. It's a test of whether you can fill the silence while on a call with a customer.
