I had three interview steps and all of them were taken online with video call.
The first one was conducted only with HR and touched general questions about experience, goals, and plans.
On the second interview I had some technical questions from team lead about language knowledge, protocols, embedded programming basics etc.
The third one was mostly about technical questions too, but besides that here I had a conversation with CEO and Hr about me as a person. And moreover I will able to ask questions about company in more details.
Summarizing all three steps of interviewing: each step was not only about testing me, but an opportunity for me to ask about company and position. In the process it was all about calm and friendly atmosphere even if I made some mistakes.
