Interview
Initially I got a call from the HR team to invite me for a personal interview. The manager asked me some basic engineering questions that I had studied before. Then I was informed that they would get in touch with me after a decision has been made. A few days later I was called again, this time the Senior Manager conducted the interview. What was surprising was, I was never told that I got the job. After this interview, I was called by the HR and was informed about the salary split up etc. They gave me the offer letter then. A few days later I was sent a mail to inform about the date of joining and what documents I need to bring.

What is the unit of a Charge? What is feedback/feedforward control system? Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? Commitment to the company
Erste Runde mit dem HR, waren logische Fragen bezüglich Lebenslauf. Paar organisatorische Fragen und zum Unternehmen. Insgesamt positiver Eindruck aber leider gibt es feste Fristen wann die Traineestellen anfangen und da wird keine Ausnahme gemacht. Also relativ unflexibel beim Einstiegsdatum.
A thirty minutes virtual aptitude test which involves verbal reasoning and arithmetic. This is test my ability in both reasoning and arithmetic to know if I suit the work. They will access me base on what I answered

Interview
It was smoodh but the technical questions are bit more difficult and also the staff is supportive and helps with the process overall experience was good the company is excellent
