I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Emerson (Cluj-Napoca)
Interview
Short and to the point with manager and HR person present. Manager asked question at first and was interested in my general knowledge not only on a technical level, but on a soft skills level as well.

Question 1
Had to show a dashboard that I made personally with different aspects as a main focus (measures, design, etc.)
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Emerson (Clayton, MO)
Interview
Never ending interviews (7 in total plus a phone screening). Whole process took 3 months for an entry level position paying less than $70k. Should have been max 2 interviews. Throughout the process I was told I was the top candidate and all of this was a formality. I considered dropping out but the feedback convinced me to stay the course. I made it to the final round, met everyone in headquarters (again) and completed all technical interviews as well as multiple panels. Had to follow up twice and got an answer back after 4 weeks of silence. The entire process has ruined any respect I had for the company. I will never consider working here again. Rejecting candidates is fine, but be professional. Also learn how to make a decision.
