Simple Process, consisting of 3 steps:

Telephone interview consisted of standard competency questions and an opportunity for them to quiz your CV and your personality.
Assessment Centre involved understanding the role and the company, meeting the some of the senior members of the company along with graduates. The assessment centre involved completing a short technical presentation followed by a competency based interview.

Interview
You had to prepare a 10 min presentation two weeks beforehand regarding the industrial internet of things. Before any exercises there was a group lunch followed by a debrief to what Emerson do.
Exercises:
-Personal Presentation: A five minute presentation where you have to prepare on the day using an A2 piece of paper. This is where you 'sell' yourself talking about why you and why emerson.
-Individual Presentation: Followed by questions
-Competency Based Interview
-Site Tour
-*Group Exercise: Too many people involved in the group exercise approx. 10 candidates. This caused people to talk over each other and others didn't get much output because of this.
*Non-technical group exercise and it was used to assess how you collaborate in a group.
