Interview
Interview process was coordinated by someone so professional that wish all recruiters were like that person. Structure of the rounds was shared in advance in a cordial way and timings were agreed considering current work commitments which was quite considerate. Initial 15 mins call was from Recruiter who explained the job role first with utmost sincerity and then asked for a general run down on my profile. Skype call interview was for 45 mins and technical questions were asked intermittently in between the thought provoking soft skill assessing questions. Date was promised by when I should expect the results and outcome. Offer came on time and did care of normal expectations a candidate has so no complains on that.

Tell me about a time when everyone in the room is against you about a situation or topic and how did you manage that ? How do you deliver change in an organization ? What are the various industrial automation platforms that you have worked on and share your thoughts on the one whom you felt was inferior and why ? Speak about Emerson products and services you know of and express your opinion on it of what do you like and what you think is outright not right ? What is the best strategy for you to work in cross cultural teams ?
Good! very kind and easy to talk to, asked related questions and answered any that i had myself. Not too difficult at all, i enjoyed this process for the interview

I had three rounds: supervisor, people working with and HR. The process was smooth. All the interviewers were very professional and facilitate a nice environment for the interview process. The person coordinating the interviews was very responsive as well.
