Initially phone interview then on site interview with 5 different people then had to do power point presentation sent by Email then a background check . Interview was very easy. They were not trying to trip or anything . They just want somebody to fill the position it seems.

Education, work experiences given I have no Business degree and applying for Manager of business Development but it seems a business degree is not required for a business development job here.
3 series of interviews. First was 1:1 with HR, next after about a week was 1:1 with hiring manager, one-two weeks later over the course of one final day, 3x 1:1 interviews across various other functions, including VP of the sales team
Discussion role and how previous experience fits with the role and behavioral questions.
Interview with sales manager: dived deeper into expectations for the role
Interview with HR business partner: salary, previous experience, benefits and travel expectations

The interview revolved around product and market knowledge for the range of company's product offering.
