Pryor to online application, I had a phone conversation with the hiring manager, I have asked for details regarding marketing experience requirements and I have presented myself, especially my experience in marketing and with the products. I have applied online, following the long and quite complicated internal procedure. Afterwards I had a phone interview with a recruiter who was acting on behalf of the responsible recruiter. Usually interview process in the company takes very long time. I had my reply (negative) the very next day. N.B.: the responsible recruiter is the partner of my senior manager, with whom I recently had a disagreement. Both working in the same team, although, as per my knowledge, against company's ethics policy.
