I walk-in in Emerson and you will schedule an interview that day, they will ask some basic interview question and once you passed the HR interview they will send you a text message that you passed, then you will be scheduled for interview for your future supervisor and ask how well you're in programming and are you willing to be trained with minimal supervision.

Interview
the interview starts with an introductory screen, followed by panel technical interview with higher ups. It focuses more on behavioral interview with a few technical questions and inquiries maintaining a less formal athmosphere
I got contacted by the HR and did the initial interview, just basic questions. Then I was scheduled for technical interview wherein I got interviewed by the manager & team lead. Questions related to the stack I was applying for. Then the final interview was conducted by the client the Project Lead.
