On campus interview through career fair in January 2015. Then second phone interview months latter for positions. They also fly out to the facility/plant to see if you are a good fit.

A single interview with 3 engineers. Talk about past experiences and resume. The questions are typical situational questions most companies will ask, then its up to you to discuss your projects/experiences in as much depth as you can.

Interview
The hiring process was very good. I had an interview with an engineer and some from HR. Both were extremely friendly and were very easy to talk to. I was notified within a month that I got the job.

I talked with a representative at the UW-Madison career fair and he asked if I would like to schedule an interview with them and I agreed. I went to the interview and asked me a few situational questions and other typical interview questions and then answered any questions that I had.
