Great interview process. The interview was conducted through the Zoom meeting. The interviewer was professional and friendly.
Questions were mainly about behavioral questions, with one simple case study about market size.

What made you feel interested when you were reading our job description for this intern position?
Two stages after filling in the online application form. First ran through a compentency-based interview with a current ES employee, followed by a homework assessment that centred on market research. Generally manageable.

Interview
Applied through college's career services website, had to submit a resume and cover letter. Was contacted by e-mail in two weeks to schedule a skype interview for the following week. The interview lasted around an hour, answered questions for the first 45 mins and the last 15 used for asking questions to the employer.
