My experience with ECP was disappointing and unprofessional. After completing a second-round interview, which I was told went very well, the team stopped responding entirely. I followed up with both interviewers and never received even a brief acknowledgment.
Follow-through matters just as much as the interview itself, and basic communication should be standard for any organization that values candidates’ time and effort.
I ultimately secured a different role with a higher salary, but the lack of courtesy from ECP still speaks for itself. I hope they improve their candidate experience and treat future applicants with more professionalism and respect.
