Multiple interviews. The first one was mostly coding challenges. The final full panel interview consisted of four(1hr each) interviews. The full panel was mainly about design and it's hard to tell what they are even looking for. Doesn't seem like a suitable location for gaining experience in any type of development beyond UI design.
