Interview
2 Phone interviews and then 1 on site all day interview with 1hr seminar. The interview was a standard 360 interview with all members of management and department heads. There was one person that asked a lot of pretty standard issue scientific questions that anyone qualified for the position would be able to answer them with no problems.
