More conversational than most companies I applied with. Felt like they were as interested in getting to know me and what motivated me as opposed to a bunch of Linkedin questions. I got to ask as many questions as they did and that was kinda cool. Did initial call after being referred by my bf. Got a coffee with one of the managers in my area to talk details and onboarding process. Ended up working with these guys for more than a year and still know a lot of the team there.
