I applied and received an email to schedule an interview and also take an on-line personality test. I had an on-site interview with the CEO and two other management members. The interview seemed to be going on well and it felt less like a formal interview and more like a casual business conversation, which I liked. I felt like i connected really well because the conversation flowed freely. The only odd thing i noticed was that the CEO seemed disinterested in the whole interview. I read that to mean he probably already had in mind the kind of person he wanted to hire. Prior to my interview, I had done extensive research on the firm and I was excited to interview with them and potentially work for them. Sadly, I did not get an offer but I was not surprised because it appears the firm only hires individuals from Big 4-10 firms who fit a certain demographic.
