Had to submit my cover letter and resume in the application. Then I had to do a phone Interview with CFO. If you move up then you'll have an onsite interview with the CFO, Treasurer, and bookkeeper.

One Phone Interview With the CFO. 15 minutes
One Onsite interview; interview with the staff accountant, treasurer, and CFO.Interviewed individually and not a group interview - 2 hours
