Interview
The interview process was very respectful and inclusive. I was asked mostly competency based questions. I had to ask for directions on arrival at the Luton office - everyone was very helpful. It was great to be interviewed in person and I received a warm welcome from everyone I met and interacted with during the recruitment process.

Introduced by a worker and was guided to the meeting room. They had a laptop so another worker can join and ask questions. Afterwards, I was asked to show proof of identity and was guided to the exit.
