Standard protocol for the position, many DEI questions and qualifications. This was the case in other interviews. Friendly enough staff and willing to answer questions and spend time with the candidates. Overall the time was about one hour to answer all questions.

In depth all day interview, I met with Dean, Students, Department and Non-Dept. Faculty. The whole process took the entire day, including a presentation with faculty and students. Also included a phone interview before.
