Went through a round of phone interview with HR rep, then with hiring manager. Then followed by an onsite interview with hiring manager, other engineering managers, a plant tour to get an experience of the manufacturing facility

Interview
Contacted by friendly HR personnel. I was flown with expenses paid to location. I was given a tour of facility and taken to lunch. I was asked detail regarding my resume and relevant project and also involvements I have had that were not included in my resume.
