Due to COVID, the interview process was long, however communication was very good between the HR Manager and myself. An initial phone call and then an in person interview at the Ballard office.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Elliott Bay Design Group (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The interview was professional and comfortable. There was a dialog back and forth along with some specific questions. The feeling was one of them trying to find the right fit. Open and honest.
I applied for the marketing manager position at EBDG online and then had a standard HR phone screening. I was invited to come in for an in-person interview. The person I met with was nice but eccentric and in the course of our 30 min interview proceeded to tell me that the two previous people in this role had quit or were let go after they had filed HR violations against her. I never heard back after the interview and did not bother following up.
