Submitted resume, cover letter, and portfolio. Sat through Multiple Rounds with Elizabeth, the founder. Spoke in depth about technical capabilities, inspiration, aesthetics. We had long conversations about my design school background and past work experience. We walked through my portfolio together as well.

Interview
I interviewed twice directly with Elizabeth. She was kind and interested. I really liked her personality and I believe she would be a dream to work for. She really responded to my aesthetic and illustrations.
