Arrived early, but was kept waiting by interviewer. Filled out a generic, paper application for a salaried position. Was challenged on lighting terms, which after 25+ years in the industry, I knew. When I asked if this was some sort of lighting pop quiz, he then asked me more lighting terms/vocabulary, which I knew, and that seemed to upset him.
