Really relaxed interview with the MD, who is always great pleasure to speak to. Made me feel calm, which immediately improved my confidence and ability to show my good qualities. It was clear he was not judging me just by my CV, but by my personality as well. It was great, having in mind i did not have that much experience at the time.
