Interview
The process was pretty straight forward. I was brought in for an interview in December and then called back that day to told I moved on in the process. The next interview I spent the day on campus and had two interview the first was 1:1, and the second was 2:1. I got a call later that evening with the job offer.

Easy, straight-forward process. No lengthy or drawn out interviews. I felt respected and treated fairly with each phase. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered the position, but I would apply with them again in the future.

Interview
There were 5 round of interview . The interview includes Screening , interview with hiring manager , 2 groups interview and one with senior management. The difficultly level were average and have to provide situational example for the interview questions
The interview is not very technical. It more about a cultural fit for new college hires. Be prepared to use STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to answer questions that align to company values.
