Submit CV, then assessment centre and interview. This consists of a group task, and presentation, followed by an interview. The interview was strengh based questions and also asked about previous work experience

Everybody was very friendly - group exercise was the most difficult. Presentation and interview were easy. They required you to know a lot about pharmaceuticals as it is quite a unique industry.
