Met at career fair for initial screening and then moved forward to virtual panel interview. The interview was behavioral questions using STAR format. Relatively short interview, and very quick turn around for results of the interview

Describe a time you had to take leadership within a team
The interview lasted for about thirty minutes. The interview took place two days after receiving an invitation. I was nervous but gave my best responses. The interviewer was friendly and asked straightforward questions.
