Challenging and lengthy process over 6 months, consisting of numerous interviews with psychometric testing, personality testing and 40 questions in 40 mins and final face to face interviews with managers, only to be turned down on the last hurdle.

Long but clear process. I was kept informed quickly every step except after the last round of interviews where I was told 3 weeks to hear if I was successful but it took 7 weeks
