They just ask basic questions about your knowledge about horses and medical procedures. Then they say thank you and will let you know what they decide later. A couple days, or week later they will call you and let you know if they think you are fit for the job or not. They are basically looking for someone who is very good at the job who will work for dirt cheap. They will tell you there is opportunity for advancement, but there is not.
